Censa Development provides mobile applications and related services designed to help users with content creation, social media management, and related tasks. Our current offerings include:

• Idle Post: An AI-powered post creation app featuring caption generation, image cleanup, and style matching
• Future Applications: Additional apps and services as we develop and release them

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep your account current and accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

You agree not to use our Services for any of the following:

• Using AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party policies (e.g., social media platform terms)

Pricing and Payment Terms

Some features of our Services may require payment, either through one-time purchases, credit systems, or subscriptions. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions. Refund requests for app store purchases should be directed to the applicable store.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the app or relevant app store settings.

Credits

Some Services may use a credit-based system. Credits may expire if not used within the specified timeframe. Unused credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any AI-generated content will be appropriate, accurate, or suitable for your intended use

You use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by our AI features before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CENSA DEVELOPMENT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from any content or conduct of any third party on the Services
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Censa Development and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including any User Content you create or share.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the app settings
• Contacting us at support@censa.dev

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts located in Brisbane, Australia.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Censa Development.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Censa Development regarding the use of our Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
